At Gardenia, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your planters and gardening accessories. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you envisioned. Our straightforward policy is designed to make exchanges and returns easy and smooth.

Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns for unused and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original, sellable condition. This means the product must be clean, free from soil or water marks, and show absolutely no signs of use, damage, or wear (including minor scratches or chips).

Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging (including boxes, protective foam, and informational tags) intact.

Right to Refuse: Gardenia reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that show any signs of wear, damage, use, or missing original components/packaging.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Visit our Returns Portal: Navigate to the dedicated returns portal on our website.

Enter Details: Input your order number and email address to begin the process.

Follow Steps: Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return and specify your reason from the options provided.

Shipping Label: Upon approval of your request, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email.

Shipping: Simply print the label, securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, and drop the box off at your nearest designated shipping carrier location. We highly recommend using adequate protective materials to ensure the planter is not damaged in transit.

Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team, we will send you an email notification.

Processing: If your return meets all our policy requirements, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days from the day we receive the return package.

Timeline: Please be aware that it may take additional time (depending on your bank or credit card company) for the refund to officially appear on your bank or credit card statement.
