Shipping Policy

The estimated time of dispatch from our factory is 7 to 10 working days, unless a different timeline is specifically mentioned on the product page.

In case of an order containing more than one product, the timeline of dispatch for the product with the "longest dispatch deadline" will apply. This allows us to ship all items in your order together, ensuring a consolidated and efficient delivery.

We only deliver Pan-India. We do not do international shipping. 

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days for calculating standard dispatch and delivery timelines.

Delivery and Logistics

2.1. Carrier Information

All mentioned timelines are the Dispatch timelines from the Gardenia factory.

The final transportation and delivery of your product will be handled by third-party logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, Gati KWE, Delhivery, DTDC, SafeEx, or an equivalent reputable logistics company.

2.2. Responsibility for Delays

Gardenia will not be responsible for any delay caused by the logistics company once the order has been dispatched from our factory. Delivery speed is subject to the carrier's and your location's service standards.

2.3. Delivery Attempts and Charges

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice (3 attempts).

If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to our facility. The customer will be required to pay extra shipping charges for any subsequent re-delivery attempt.

Tracking Process

If you are a logged-in user, you can easily track the status of your order by heading to the ‘Track Order’ section, usually located in the website footer. Once your order is dispatched, you will also receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Important Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery of your Gardenia order, please provide the following:

A complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct pin-code.

A mobile number where you are readily available to receive calls from the delivery partner.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

At the time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package.

Refusing a damaged package allows us to process a replacement or refund more efficiently.
